Cheshire Cat's Grin

All My Jobs

I’ve been filling out a lot of job applications in the past year, so this has been bugging me. Isn’t it silly how job applications always have something like, “Please list every position you have held. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification for the job,” written on them?

No one in their right mind would list every job they ever held. But just for fun, I decided to compile a list of every job I’ve had, in chronological order. Not all of these were compensated positions, but they were work, nonetheless.

Whew! I think I counted about 45 jobs and I probably missed some. I feel tired just typing that list, let alone doing all those jobs. Next time the job application has that dreaded phrase, “Please list every position you have held,” I think I’ll give them a link to this post!

We love Laura Morey, don’t we love? And so many others, if only they knew. I got a job list somewhere, that’s cool to see where the road has taken you.
